This covers respiromoney.com and the launch list you can join from it. The Respiro Money app isn't out yet, and it will come with its own notice when it is.

Respiro Money LLC, a Colorado company, is responsible for this data. If you have questions, write to hello@respiromoney.com.

The launch list

If you sign up, we store your email address and when you signed up. We use it to tell you when Respiro Money launches and to ask whether you want to keep hearing from us after that.

If you enter your email and later want it removed, email us or use the unsubscribe link in anything we send.

We keep your address until the launch email has gone out. Then we delete it, unless you've told us you want to keep hearing from us. You can also ask us to delete it before that.

Visiting the site

Like any web host, Cloudflare sees the basics of each visit: your IP address, your browser, and the page you asked for. It uses them to deliver the page and to block abuse. We don't keep any of it. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us total visit counts. It doesn't use cookies or fingerprint your browser.

Who else handles your data

• Cloudflare: hosts the site, stores the launch list, and forwards mail sent to our addresses.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• Google: runs the inbox our forwarded mail lands in.

All three are American companies, so your data is stored and handled in the United States. Each is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension. The European Commission and the UK government have both decided that the framework adequately protects data sent to the US. We don't sell your address, share it with anyone but these companies, or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, delete it, or limit how we use it. Email hello@respiromoney.com and we'll answer within a month. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also notify your country's data protection authority.
